LOVE DIVE Privacy Policy

Pixelhive Studio (the "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information and to handle related inquiries promptly and smoothly in connection with the services provided through the LOVE DIVE mobile application (the "App").

This Privacy Policy reflects the nature of the LOVE DIVE App, which does not collect personal information.

Article 1 (No Collection of Personal Information)

The LOVE DIVE App prioritizes user privacy and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information necessary for the service.

1. Account information: LOVE DIVE has no sign-up process and does not request or collect any registration data such as email address, password, or phone number.
2. Personal identifiers: We do not collect any identifying information such as name, date of birth, or gender.
3. Device information: We do not collect or track any device-related identifiers such as advertising ID, UDID, or IMEI.

Article 2 (Handling of Game Data)

1. Storage location: Partner names (nicknames) and gameplay progress (selected deck, difficulty, etc.) are stored temporarily only on the user's device (local) and not on external servers.
2. Data volatility: Stored game data is permanently deleted when the user uses the "Reset Current Progress" feature or uninstalls the app. Recovery is not possible.
3. No external transmission: Local game data is never transmitted or shared with the Company or any third party.

Article 3 (In-App Purchase Information)

Payments for the LOVE DIVE premium feature (One-Night Pass) are processed through Google Play's in-app billing system. The Company does not access or store any financial information such as credit card details or payment passwords. All payment information is handled securely in accordance with Google's policies.

Article 4 (Data Deletion Policy)

Since LOVE DIVE does not collect personal information, there is no separate data deletion request process. Users can delete all game data stored on their device immediately and permanently by using the following methods.

1. Use the in-app reset feature: [Settings] > [Data Management] > [Reset Current Progress]. This deletes all gameplay-related data immediately.
2. Uninstall the application: Deleting (uninstalling) the LOVE DIVE app from the device permanently removes all local data.

Article 5 (Privacy Contact)

While LOVE DIVE does not collect personal information and is not legally required to appoint a data protection officer, we designate a contact to respond promptly to privacy-related inquiries.

Article 6 (Notice of Changes)

If this Privacy Policy is amended, we will notify users at least 7 days prior to the effective date through in-app notices or other easily accessible methods.
