LOVE DIVE Terms of Service

Effective date: February 10, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Pixelhive Studio (the "Company") and users in connection with the LOVE DIVE mobile application (the "App").

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions and procedures for using the App, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means the LOVE DIVE app and any related services provided by the Company.
  2. "User" means a person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "One-Night Pass" means a paid pass that grants unlimited access to all content for 24 hours.

Article 3 (Effect and Changes to the Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective upon being posted in the App or on the official website.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms as needed within the bounds of applicable laws. Any changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance via in-app notice or email.
  3. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and withdraw.

Article 4 (Provision of Service)

  1. The Company provides the following services:
  • Relationship-stage based question content (crush, dating, married)
  • Difficulty selection (Normal, Hard)
  • Turn-based question game
  • Purchase of paid pass (One-Night Pass)

The Company may change or add features to improve service quality.

Article 5 (Service Restrictions)

  1. The Service is available only to adults aged 19 or older.
  2. Users must not engage in the following:
  • Impersonation or providing false information
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the App
  • Violating applicable laws or regulations
  • Copying, distributing, or commercially using App content without permission

The Company may restrict or suspend service without prior notice if a user violates this Article.

Article 6 (Paid Services and Payment)

  1. The One-Night Pass is valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  2. Payments are processed through Google Play in-app billing, and the price is ₩4,900.
  3. Service is provided immediately after payment, and the usage period is calculated from the purchase time.
  4. The pass does not auto-renew and expires after 24 hours.

Article 7 (Refund Policy)

  1. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once service has been provided after payment.
  2. Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
  • Service not provided due to a technical error by the Company
  • Duplicate payment
  • Other withdrawal rights provided by law

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via the official support page.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days depending on the payment method.

Article 8 (Privacy)

  1. The Company does not collect personal information, and all data is stored locally on the user's device.
  2. Payment information is handled by Google Play, and the Company does not collect or store payment data.

Article 9 (Service Interruption)

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in the following cases:
  • System maintenance, updates, or technical needs
  • Force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergencies

The Company will notify users in advance when possible, or afterward if prior notice is not feasible.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is not liable for failure to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or government orders.
  2. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user's fault.
  3. The Company is not responsible for personal outcomes resulting from use of the App's content.
  4. The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties.

Article 11 (Copyright and IP)

  1. All content (text, images, designs, etc.) in the App is owned by the Company.
  2. Users may not copy, distribute, transmit, publish, broadcast, or provide App content to third parties without prior written consent.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. Disputes shall be resolved amicably through mutual consultation.
  2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Any litigation shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where the Company's headquarters is located.

Article 15 (Child Safety & CSAE Policy)

  1. Zero-Tolerance Policy: This Service maintains a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content. No content that threatens the safety of children is permitted within this Service in any form.
  2. Reporting Procedure: If you discover any illegal content related to child sexual abuse and exploitation, you may report it immediately through the following channels:

  4. The Company takes proactive measures to protect children in accordance with applicable laws and international standards. Any CSAE-related content discovered will be immediately removed and reported to the relevant authorities.
